Bronze candlestick with Greek faun in biscuit porcelain, 2nd half of the 19th century.

Two-branched candlestick in gilded bronze in the Louis XV style, with a central element made of biscuit porcelain depicting a faun with a pan flute, after a design by Michel Claude Clodion (1738–1814) on a base. The figure is marked "Clodion" on the round base. Candlesticks of this type were intended for use on a table and could also be mounted on a wall. The figure was likely produced by the Sèvres porcelain manufactory. The candlestick is in good condition with age-related signs of wear and soiling, see photos.
