Stem glass with double overlay, Stevens & Williams around 1900

Stem glass made of colorless crystal glass, disc base with wedge-cut decoration on the underside of the foot, cut-decorated baluster shaft, tulip-shaped cup with blue overlay and uranium-colored intermediate catch, elaborately cut-decorated cup wall with flower, palmette and wedge-cut decoration as well as three oval medallions, fused lip edge.
