Roman with blue overlay & faceted shaft, Val Saint Lambert around 1910

Cased Romans made of colorless crystal glass, disc base with ray cut decoration on the bottom, conical, faceted stem notched on the sides, cobalt blue overlaid and cut decorated bowl, polished lip rim.
