Small vase with ruby red overlay and cut-through ornamentation around 1920-30

Vase / bowl made of colorless glass with ruby red overlay, club-shaped vessel body in the upper part with ornamental cut-through ornamentation, in the lower part with wave-shaped walls, polished mouth edge and polished base, these with traces of sliding.
