Glass factory Schorborn
The abandoned village of Schorborn was revived as a glassworks in 1744/45 with the construction of the Princely Hollow and Table Glassworks at the Schorbornsteich by Duke Charles I of Brunswick under the significant work of Chamberlain Thomas Ziesich.
