Blue footed bowl with white rim, Schorborn glassworks, early 19th century.

Footed bowl made of cobalt blue glass, solid base plate, baluster stem, bell-shaped bowl with longitudinal rib decoration, extended, wavy rim with applied white glass threads, polished base with raised bottom and chipped pontil mark. The teacup is in intact condition. Princely glassworks at Schorborn, early 19th century. Height: approx. 14.3 cm, diameter: approx. 14.5 cm.
